Zebra Flocking Taffeta is a Flocking Velvet Zebra Pattern on an approx 190T Taffeta Background. Background is a solid Taffeta while the Zebra Print is on a Flocking Velvet. The Damask FLocking Velvet is smooth and non shiny.
